Tumbao Buns serves up some seriously tasty dishes with Latin and Asian flavors. From Bao buns, rice bowls, noodles and salads, Tumbao serves delicious, wholesome, fresh food.

Speaking of Bao buns, our Baos differ from those “other” buns used here in the states in the way they’re cooked. Typical buns are made by baking bread dough in a conventional oven but Tumabo’s buns are steamed resulting in a much softer and fluffier bread — a fluffy cloud of goodness. Bao buns can be found predominantly across Asia are used as a popular base for street food.

Founder, Oscar Flores got the idea when he saw something similar being served at restaurants and thus, Tumbao Buns was born! Within the first five months of opening, Tumbao’s food was proven to be extremely successful in part thanks to the rarity of this concept among the food truck industry.
